How to add a ticket in support
Below are some steps that are included in a basic workflow
1. First, go to the support tab showing in the header.
2. Now Click in the open ticket button highlighted in the below image
3. Now define your subject show in below image.
4. Select your ticket department.
5. Set Priority of the ticket.
6. Define your services
7. Now describe your issue in the ticket body. given below
8. Attached your screenshot.
9. Now save your ticket
